People visit New Ethos for many reasons but they always leave feeling cared for.
Some come for a release from the stresses of life, a time of rest for their mind or to work the general tension out of their body. Others come for a particular therapy to heal an injury or as part of ongoing preventative care. Whatever the need may be, they find balance and restoration for their return to work and family life.
When you visit, you'll find a place that's welcoming and soothing; a place that feels familiar where you can let go and breathe deeply and exhale slowly.
My clients come from all walks of life. They might be full-time professionals, retirees, expectant mothers, stay-at-home parents or students.
Some have been coming for more than a decade and they return because I connect with them in a personal way, giving them the time and attention not always found at larger establishments. During this one-on-one time with my clients, I listen for what they need and pay attention to what their body is telling me. This is what's most meaningful for me.
So whether you're coming in with a migraine or feel like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, I look forward to seeing you leave with renewed energy, a broad smile on your face and hope for what's ahead.

DEEP TISSUE / TRIGGER POINT
Deep pressure massage for release of deep knots and restrictions in specific areas of the body.
Helpful for flushing the lymphatic system, strengthening the immune and reducing stress. A very relaxing therapy that is offered at any level of pressure.
For release of chronic restrictions and pain. The myofacial approach uses no cream or oil and begins at the surface, going deeper as the body allows. This feels less invasive but very healing.
15-30 minute massages given on site of the business.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
90 minute massage incorporating smooth heated stones. The heat penetrates deeply and allows for relief and relaxation.
